2025 Bargaining Demand Set Survey
The Bargaining Team for the CAAT-A Part-Time/Sessional (PT/SL) Division has developed a survey to gather PT/SL members’ priorities for negotiating a first Collective Agreement (CA) with the College Employer Council (CEC).
Part-Time and Sessional members can finally bring their demands (for example: job security, working conditions, workload, compensation and benefits) to the attention of the Bargaining Team. The PT/SL Bargaining Team will negotiate based on the priorities identified in this survey.
You are eligible to fill out this survey if you are currently Part-Time or Sessional or expect to be Part-Time or Sessional in the Winter 2026.
