Partial-Load Registries – Service Credits
The Partial-Load Registry is maintained by Seneca Polytechnic and provided to the Local around June of each year according to Article 26.10 D in the Collective Agreement.
In the future 2026-2027 Academic Year, registration will be automatic based on the Kaplan Award from July 2nd, 2025, though you will still need to indicate the maximum number of Teaching Contact Hours you wish to be assigned. More info will be provided as these details are worked out.

2025-2026 Academic Year
This is the currently active registry for the September, 2025 – August, 2026 Academic Year. The deadline to register was April 30th, 2025.
Service credits in this registry are used to determine seniority for course assignments for the Fall 2025, Winter 2026, and Spring/Summer 2026 Terms. The service credits seen are based on eligible months of service as defined in Article 26.10 C in the Collective Agreement prior to December 31st, 2024.
2024-2025 Academic Year
This is the previously active registry for the September, 2024 – August, 2025 Academic Year. The deadline to register was April 30th, 2024.
Service credits in this registry were used to determine seniority for course assignments for the Fall 2024, Winter 2025, and Spring/Summer 2025 Terms. The service credits seen are based on eligible months of service as defined in Article 26.10 C in the Collective Agreement prior to December 31st, 2023.
